Import data

• Excel (.xlsx/.xls): Use File → Import or drag‑and‑drop Excel files. Supports multiple sheets, formulas, and formatting preservation.
• CSV: Use File → Import or drag‑and‑drop CSV files for simple data import.
• Paste: Copy from spreadsheets or tables and paste directly into cells.

Export data

• Excel (.xlsx): Use File → Export → Excel to download with formatting, formulas, and styling preserved.
• CSV: Use File → Export → CSV to download selected sheets as plain text data.
• Images: Export charts as PNG for reports or slides.
